Again this is NOT the actual emergency restoration – it’s ANOTHER service that is USUALLY required, however, if there is a fire or flood in a home or business.  Yet you WON’T get the midnight or weekend calls – your part of the picture is not an “emergency”.

Candidate Profile requirements:

  • You need Liquid capital of $150K and net worth of $250K to qualify
  • You need a  passion to help others and the ability to build relationships.
  • You should have either a  business development background or 
  • Experience in management/customer service  (hiring the business development manager)

  • Number, Type of Employees: 3 to 4 – Operations Manager, Sales Manager (owner can fill one of these two roles), two technicians.  
  • Territorial Protection: Exclusive Marketing Rights within the Territory, and ability to follow leads from your referral partners into neighboring territories
  • Description of Territory: HUGE!  – 1,000,000 Population (approx. 380,000 households)
